Our Position on Changes to IR35 in the Private Sector
Many people will now be aware of the impending changes to off-payroll working, with IR35 amendments due to come into force in the private sector in April 2020. This is deeply unsettling for everyone in the supply chain.
We have studied the legislation, talked to affected parties, and worked out how we move forward. We view the changes constructively, believing we are well positioned to help both our clients and the skilled practitioners who work with us through PSCs.
