Business Operations Management
Delivers a range of business objectives to support strategic direction of the company. Manages the business operations team, supports sales meetings/tenders, and owns multiple complex business processes.
Assists the Business Opertions Manager with business processes, managing one or more areas in the back office team, provides guidance and support. Gathers and digests a range of performance indicators and suggests improvements.
Develops one or more company products, determines specifications and inputs into technical requirements. Meets regularly with stakeholders and product developers, creates timelines and roadmaps for developing the product. Creates and oversees development and project management processes.
