Business Operations Areas

The Business Operations team supports the day-to-day running of the business. Each role will relate to a specific operational area within Resourcing, Onboarding, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Administration.

Business Administration

Manage a number of key business processes, ensuring quality and efficiency. Administer processes required to support our internal business policies. Format and formalise company documents. Organise events.

Sales Support

Assist the sales team with database administration, identifying sales oppportunities from online platforms. Assist with the creation of sales materials and branding. Issue sales material to prospective customers.

Marketing & Communications

Provide marketing support to help promote our company and brand awareness on platforms such as LinkedIn. Produce blogs and company updates. Organise company events, coordinate required marketing material and merchandise. 


Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle of both permanent and associate cyber security hires. Candidate resourcing and matching based on client and internal requirements. Organise client funding and ongoing renewals. Coordinate all activity with onboarding and finance to completion.


Conduct vetting and onboarding for all permanent and associate hires as instructed by resourcing. Ensure candidates meet the onboarding requirements set out by both i-confidential and our clients. Complete all required legal and contractual documentation.


Responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, and Reporting. Manage invoicing process to our clients, code and enter invoices. Tracking spend of client purchase orders. Bank reconciliations and monitor payments due.
